- Model DRAM fault mechanisms and characterize error behaviors.
- Build software solutions for emulating error log collection and analysis workflows.
- Leverage Information Theory to analyze DRAM field study data and improve reliability metrics.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong coding skills in C, C++, and Python.
- Solid understanding of memory hierarchy, DRAM operations, and system architecture.
- Familiarity with ECC (Error Correction Code) mechanisms and memory RAS features.
- Basic knowledge of Information Theory (e.g., entropy, coding theory) and statistical analysis.
