Responsibilities:
  • Model DRAM fault mechanisms and characterize error behaviors.
  • Build software solutions for emulating error log collection and analysis workflows.
  • Leverage Information Theory to analyze DRAM field study data and improve reliability metrics.
Qualifications: 
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong coding skills in C, C++, and Python.
  • Solid understanding of memory hierarchy, DRAM operations, and system architecture.
  • Familiarity with ECC (Error Correction Code) mechanisms and memory RAS features.
  • Basic knowledge of Information Theory (e.g., entropy, coding theory) and statistical analysis.
Housing Allowance: 
Eligible interns will receive a housing allowance during their internship.
