About the Role

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support day‑to‑day activities related to ERP system operations and enhancements Assist with data preparation, validation, and basic analysis within ERP systems Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing activities Help maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials Assist in issue tracking, follow‑ups, and coordination with IT / business stakeholders Support reporting and dashboard updates as required Participate in ERP‑related meetings and take meeting minutes / action tracking Provide general administrative and project support to the ERP team What You Will Learn Hands‑on exposure to enterprise ERP systems and business processes Understanding of end‑to‑end workflows (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) Basics of ERP implementation, testing, and change management Experience working with cross‑functional global teams Professional communication and project coordination skills

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration Finance, Supply Chain, or related disciplines Strong interest in ERP systems / enterprise IT Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred) Good analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus) Able to commit at least 3 days per week
