Location: Suzhou Industrial Park
Internship Duration: 6–12 months
Job Responsibilities:
Database building of Service provider via re-search, scouting via digital approaches and clear pipeline based on profile definition
Customer interviews to capture feedback as and when needed like support organizing SP events, webinars etc.
Work with teams to build proper training plans for service providers on the company’s APP and e-commerce tools
Support Copeland mobile enhancement effort to become service partner portal - specific projects that are running, like E-Tao & CM integration etc.
Act as contact window for first initial period of launch i.e., customer support via e-commerce tools, understand, categorize, and initiate internal support process
Education:
Full-time undergraduate or above
Major in HVAC/R, Marketing, Business Analyst (BA), or Applied Mathematics
Qualifications:
Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Competent in written and spoken English & Chinese
Teamplay and can-do attitude with out of box thinking where needed
