Location: Suzhou Industrial Park

Internship Duration: 6–12 months

Job Responsibilities:

  • Database building of Service provider via re-search, scouting via digital approaches and clear pipeline based on profile definition

  • Customer interviews to capture feedback as and when needed like support organizing SP events, webinars etc.

  • Work with teams to build proper training plans for service providers on the company’s APP and e-commerce tools

  • Support Copeland mobile enhancement effort to become service partner portal - specific projects that are running, like E-Tao & CM integration etc.

  • Act as contact window for first initial period of launch i.e., customer support via e-commerce tools, understand, categorize, and initiate internal support process

Education:

  • Full-time undergraduate or above

  • Major in HVAC/R, Marketing, Business Analyst (BA), or Applied Mathematics

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Competent in written and spoken English & Chinese

  • Teamplay and can-do attitude with out of box thinking where needed
