Job Description
MISSION :
Coface, leader in the credit insurance and risk, is looking for an energetic self-starter to join its Information Production team in Hong Kong. In the role of credit analyst, you will produce and provide high quality credit information reports and other information products and services to customers. The key responsibilities will be Information handling
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of company and financial information into internal systems
- Prepare, check, and format credit reports for internal review
- Maintain proper filing and documentation in line with company and ISO procedures
- Support day‑to‑day administrative work for the Credit Analysis team
- Assist in information research using internal databases and public sources
- Support basic analysis and data verification under supervision
- Participate in training related to credit analysis, financial assessment, and risk evaluation
- Take on additional analytical tasks progressively as competency develops
Qualifications
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing
- 0-1 years of experience
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good command of spoken Cantonese and English for daily communication
- Ability to read and understand written English documents
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry and documentation
- Good organisational and time‑management skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Interested in administrative work with exposure to credit‑related functions
