About the Role
Finance Intern

Company:

Boeing Saudi Arabia Limited

Support the Boeing Saudi Finance & Accounting team by performing entry-level accounting and finance tasks under supervision to gain practical experience and help improve processes through basic data analysis.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly account reconciliations and prepare supporting documentation.
  • Support month-end close activities by preparing draft schedules and supporting documentation for journal entries.
  • Prepare and document intercompany invoices and assist with intercompany reconciliations.
  • Process basic Accounts Payable tasks (invoice matching, coding) and support Accounts Receivable activities (aging reports, collections follow-up). Collect data and prepare worksheets for VAT/tax schedules and tax support files (no independent filings).
  • Maintain budget trackers, assist with forecast updates, and prepare simple variance summaries. Support cost allocation, estimating/pricing data collection, and related worksheet updates.
  • Help simplify team processes by preparing basic datasets/charts or reports. Complete assigned ad-hoc finance tasks and document work clearly for supervisor review.
  • Reporting and supervision Requirements Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel Interest in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) to support simple reporting tasks. Familiarity with basic accounting concepts (IFRS/GAAP fundamentals).
