Join Maxis as a Digitalisation, Automation & AI Analyst Intern (Platform Engineering), where you will gain hands-on experience supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organisation. This role offers exposure to automation, AI-driven analytics, and process optimisation, while working with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digitalisation & Process Optimisation

• Assist in the digitalisation of operational workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Support process optimisation initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending improvements.

2. Automation Development

• Assist in developing and implementing automation use cases using tools such as Python, Power Automate, or UiPath.

• Support automation of repetitive tasks to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.

3. AI & Analytics Support

• Support AI-driven initiatives, including analytics, predictive insights, and reporting automation.

• Assist in leveraging data to drive smarter decision-making.

4. Dashboard & Visualisation Development

• Design and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to improve operational visibility.

• Ensure dashboards are accurate, insightful, and user-friendly.

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost optimisation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions and enhancements.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Python, Power Automate, or UiPath is an advantage

• Familiarity with data analytics and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment

Internship Duration
