About the Role

About the Role:

In this internship within Industrial & Supply in Luxembourg, you will support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) 3.0, a global program that helps teams work with clearer product data and smoother ways of working. You will contribute to coordination and communication so people stay aligned, decisions are visible, and actions move forward.

Your work will shape real impact on how the program is understood and adopted, while you discover project support and change practices first-hand. The exact scope will be refined closer to your start date, so you can grow through meaningful work that matches your strengths and the program’s needs.

Main Responsibilities:

You will craft and organize communication for the PLM 3.0 change stream, helping turn complex updates into clear messages people can act on. You will support a high-level communication plan and prepare practical materials such as presentations, summaries, and concise updates, adapted to different audiences and moments in the program.

Moreover, you will support selected low-complexity PLM capabilities and alignment activities, helping the team connect inputs from multiple colleagues into one shared view. You will track progress, highlight open points, and keep an orderly overview of activities and dependencies so the right topics reach the right people at the right time.

Finally, you will help prepare and run PLM 3.0 workshops by coordinating schedules, materials, and meeting logistics. You will capture key discussion points, action items, and decisions, then follow up with contributors to support progress and closure, ensuring each workshop leads to concrete outcomes.

About You:

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.

Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, information systems, or a related field, and you can commit to an internship based in Luxembourg.

You can write clear, structured content in English for presentations and updates, and you can use common tools such as PowerPoint and Excel to organize information, summarize progress, and share it simply.

You are able to coordinate meetings and workshops, take accurate notes, and track action items to completion. You can collaborate with people across functions and time zones while handling information with care.
