We are looking for a motivated Junior Reliability and Maintainability Engineer to join our team in Charleroi and grow with us on exciting railway projects.


Your Role
•    Learn and apply methods to ensure our solutions are reliable, available, and easy to maintain.
•    Support the definition of performance strategies for projects.
•    Assist in studies such as failure mode analysis, reliability predictions, and maintainability assessments.
•    Help monitor operational data and contribute to improvement actions.
•    Collaborate on design recommendations to meet reliability and maintainability targets.


Collaboration Across Disciplines
You will work alongside experienced engineers and interact notably with:
•    System Architects and Design Engineers to understand architecture and design principles.
•    Software and Hardware Teams to learn how reliability is integrated into development.
•    Safety Engineers to align reliability goals with safety requirements.
•    Quality and Validation Teams to ensure compliance with standards.
•    Project Managers and Tender Teams to support bids and lifecycle cost optimization.
•    Installation and Maintenance Teams to gather feedback and improve serviceability.
•    External stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, and subcontractors for technical alignment.


Your Profile
•    Engineering degree
•    No prior experience required – we will train you.
•    Strong analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
•    Good command of English.
