Mission:
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital E-learning Content Developer. The ideal candidate will support the development of engaging digital training modules using tools like Canva and PowerPoint, and contribute to the creation of multimedia content (videos, screen recordings, photos).


Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop e-learning modules using Canva, PowerPoint, and other media tools.
- Capture and edit screen recordings, photos, and videos using professional equipment.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform technical content into interactive learning experiences.
- Organize and structure content for clarity, accessibility, and engagement.
- Ensure consistency with Alstom’s branding and instructional standards.


Required Skills:
- Basic experience (academic or internship) with media content creation tools (Canva preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with web development principles (no coding required).
- Comfortable with digital tools and multimedia editing (“tech-savvy” mindset).
- Ability to operate cameras, video recorders, and screen capture software.


Preferred Educational Background:
- Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
  - Multimedia & Communication
  - Educational Technology
  - Web Design / Digital Media
  - Instructional Design
  - Computer Science (with a creative/media orientation)
