About the Role

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a
 Intern!

 

 

 

What kind of tasks will you have?

•    Handling real estate related invoices in accordance with country specific tax and legal requirements
•    Dealing with any kind of administrative tasks and reporting in connection with the core processes 
•    Providing administrative support to the team regarding invoice and payment monitoring
•    Keeping in touch with the vendors in order to answer their queries

We are searching for you, if you

•    Have a full time active university semester now and for the upcoming 7 months 
•    Are self-confident in English and Italian language 
•    Have analytical and problem solving skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
•    Have an advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel 
•    Enjoy working as a part of a team 
•    Are a motivated self-starter

•    1400 HUF/hour (NET) (from January 2023 it will be NET 1600/hour) 
•    Flexible work schedule with 20-25 hours/week

•    To ensure our colleagues’ health & safety we are working from home until the end of the pandemic. In the long run we will be meeting each other max 2 times/week in our fully refurbished, digital office
