Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.

The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

Your mission

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience in Composite Design – a team focusing on lightweight and manufacturable designs. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real projects that make an impact.

Supporting day-to-day activities within the Composite Design team, primarily the design of carbon fiber parts for the car and laminate tooling within our CAD system
Assisting on the creation of laminate books and/or drawings for production
Exposure and collaboration to other teams such as Aero, Manufacturing and Performance
Conducting research, analysis, or data entry as required
Collaborating with team members and attending meetings
Presenting findings or contributing to reports
Learning and applying new skills relevant to the role

Your profile

Currently studying towards a degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering
Strong interest in Motorsport
Good communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Knowledge of composites
Basic CAD skills (3DEXPERIENCE or Catia V5/V6 are an advantage)
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
