About the Role

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

  • Provide service in licensing and software report process;
  • Support on creating reports (BI or other) by collecting and analyzing the data in the department;
  • Support with 5S applications to clean and migrate department’s documents from file server to M365 cloud;
  • Support subsidiaries with their daily requests regarding order updates / changes;
  • Assist the order promising and re-promising activities in order to provide best delivery date calculation;

 

Your Profile:

  • Major in computer science, math, economics with focus on Suply Chain or logistics;
  • Analytical mind and very structured work approach;
  • Strong knowledge of Excel;
  • Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to changing priorities;
  • Hands on, fast learner and able to learn ‘on the job;
  • Multi-national / –cultural, open minded, customer-focused and strong business orientation;
  • Fluent in English, other languages are considered to be an advantage.
