Vos missions

  • Vous participerez au recrutement, suivi et à la gestion des alternants (suivi administratif, évaluations semestrielles, échanges avec les centres de formation) ;
  • Vous participerez au suivi du plan des compétences du personnel en lien avec la politique RH et les opérationnels (suivi des demandes de formation suite aux entretiens annuels, planification et suivi des sessions de formation, gestion administrative et reporting) ;
  • Vous participerez au recrutement et au suivi des stagiaires et assurerez le contact avec les écoles, l'élaboration des conventions de stage, les évaluations stagiaires ;
  • Vous apporterez vos idées d’améliorations des processus de développement RH.

 

Votre profil 

  • Vous préparez un diplôme BAC+4 ou BAC+5 en école de commerce ou autre formation avec une spécialisation dans les Ressources Humaines ;
  • Vous êtes de nature rigoureuse, proactive, créative et volontaire ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office ;
  • Vous parlez couramment l’anglais ;
  • Vous recherchez un stage vous permettant de prendre part à des missions variées dans le développement RH.
