About the Role

DEINE ROLLE

  • Theorie in Praxis umsetzen: Du studierst an der Technischen Hochschule Wildau oder an der Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) in Paderborn in einem Blockmodell und sammelst parallel Praxiserfahrung im Team Cross Industries bei adesso.
  • Technologien entdecken: Du lernst Java, JavaScript und Cloud-Technologien und setzt sie direkt in Kundenprojekten ein.
  • Agile Methoden anwenden: Du arbeitest mit Agilität und DevOps und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team innovative Lösungen.
  • Projekte gestalten: Du übernimmst Aufgaben in Kundenprojekten, arbeitest an Digitalisierungsstrategien und führst Workshops durch.
  • Fähigkeiten entwickeln: Du stärkst deine Präsentations- und Kommunikationsskills und lernst effektive Teamarbeit.
  • Berufsperspektiven schaffen: Du legst die Basis für deine Entwicklung als Software-Architect, Projektleitung oder Cloud-Specialist.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Schulabschluss: Du hast einen guten Schulabschluss mit guten Noten in Mathematik und Informatik.
  • Programmierkenntnisse: Du bringst erste Erfahrungen mit einer Programmiersprache mit und möchtest diese vertiefen.
  • Technologiebegeisterung: Du interessierst dich für neue Technologien und setzt dein Wissen aktiv um.
  • Teamgeist: Du arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung im Projekt.
  • Eigeninitiative: Du packst Aufgaben selbstständig an und motivierst dich, engagiert dazuzulernen.
  • KI Kompetenz: Du bist neugierig auf Künstliche Intelligenz, setzt KI-gestützte Tools in deinem Arbeitsalltag ein und baust deine Kompetenzen dabei Schritt für Schritt aus.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deine sehr guten Deutsch- sowie guten Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen dir eine sichere Kommunikation.
