About the Role

Aufgaben

  • Im Formenbau stellst Du verschiedene Formen (z.B. Spritzgussformen) her. Du überprüftest die Maße, die Qualität der Formen, montierst und demontierst diese und fertigst Modelle und Muster an.
  • Auch Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an den Formen können zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen.
  • Zu Beginn werden Dir alle Grundkenntnisse über die Bearbeitung von mechanischen Teilen, Baugruppen und Komponenten z. B. das Drehen, Fräsen, Bohren, Schleifen und Schweißen vermittelt.
  • Du lernst wie man technische Zeichnungen und Unterlagen liest, Fertigungsprogramme für rechnergestützte (CNC-) Werkzeugmaschinen erstellt sowie die Grundlagen in den Bereichen der Hydraulik und der Pneumatik.
  • Später zeigen wir Dir Schritt für Schritt welche Voraussetzungen gegeben sein müssen, um qualitativ hochwertige Teile produzieren zu können.
  • Wichtig ist es hierbei, dass Du immer sehr genau und gewissenhaft arbeitest.
  • Die Ausbildungszeit beträgt 3,5 Jahre

  • Sehr guter Hauptschulabschluss oder guter Realschulabschluss
  • Lernen gehört für Dich einfach dazu - und Du strengst Dich auch entsprechend an
  • Du denkst sehr logisch und kannst gut analysieren
  • Du magst Technik und bist in Mathematik wirklich gut
  • Wenn Du im Team arbeitest, fühlst Du Dich wohl
  • Du bist aufgeschlossen und verantwortungsbewusst
