So sieht deine Ausbildung bei uns aus:

Als Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) bist Du an allen Prozessen von der Beschaffung bis zum Verkauf unserer Produkte beteiligt. Du pflegst den Kontakt zu unseren Lieferanten und Kunden, erstellst Angebote und kalkulierst Preise. Du durchläufst während der Ausbildung alle Abteilungen unseres Unternehmens wie Materialwirtschaft, Vertrieb, Personalabteilung sowie Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.

Hier sind deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Du lernst die Verarbeitung, Durchführung, Überwachung und Darstellung industrieller Arbeitsvorgänge von der Materialbeschaffung bis zum Verkauf kennen
  • Die Kontaktpflege zu Lieferanten und Kunden sowie die Kalkulation und das Ausarbeiten von Angeboten gehören ebenfalls zu den Aufgaben der Industriekaufleute
  • Darüber hinaus ist auch der Einsatz im administrativen Bereich, wie z.B. Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie die Personalabteilung erforderlich

  • Einen guten Schulabschluss (Mittlere Reife, Fachhochschulreife oder Abitur)
  • Interesse an kaufmännischen Fragestellungen sowie wirtschaftlichen und organisatorischen Zusammenhängen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
