About the Role

Aufgaben

  • Die Ausbildung umfasst ein Spektrum an Fertigkeiten und Kenntnisse über den Aufbau und die Herstellung von Kunststoffprodukten bis zum gezielten Einsatz in der Produktion.
  • Zu Beginn werden Dir alle Grundfertigkeiten der Metallbearbeitung vermittelt. Dies beinhaltet u.a. feilen, drehen, fräsen, schweißen, biegen und bohren, sowie den Umgang mit Messmitteln.
  • Wir bringen Dir das Rüsten, Prüfen und in Betrieb nehmen von Maschinen bzw. Anlagen beig. Unser Maschinenpark reicht von 40 Tonnen Schließkraft bis 2500 Tonnen Schließkraft. In unserer Produktion stehen ca. 60 Spritzgussmaschinen.
  • Wir vermitteln Dir wie man Werkzeichnungen und technische Unterlagen ließt.
  • Du lernst bei der Produkt- und Fertigungsentwicklung mitzuwirken, Arbeitsschritte, Arbeitsmittel und Arbeitsmethoden festzulegen, Arbeitsabläufe zu planen, zu steuern und zu koordinieren.
  • Des Weiteren werden Dir kunststoffverarbeitende Techniken und Verfahren spannend vermitteln.
  • Du lernst Sicherheitsvorschriften, Normen und Umweltstandards zu berücksichtigen, Restprodukte zu verwerten und fachgerecht zu entsorgen, die Qualitätskontrolle durchzuführen, technische Daten über Arbeitsabläufe zu dokumentieren sowie die Arbeitsergebnisse zu erfassen.
  • Die Ausbildungszeit beträgt 2 Jahre
  • Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Ausbildungsberuf "Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff-und Kautschuktechnik" innerhalb eines weiteren Ausbildungsjahres im Anschluss zu erlernen.

  • Guter Hauptschulabschluss oder Realschulabschluss
  • Du hast ein gutes technisches Vorstellungsvermögen und bist gut in Mathematik
  • Lernen gehört für Dich einfach dazu - und Du strengst Dich auch entsprechend an
  • Wenn Du im Team arbeitest, fühlst Du Dich wohl
  • Du bist stets pünktlich und zuverlässig
  • Du denkst sehr logisch und kannst gut analysieren
