About the Role

 

Über den Bereich

 

Für den Entwicklungsbereich suchen wir einen „Werkstudent im Bereich Entwicklung Visiere mit Schwerpunkt Mechanik (w/m/d)" zur Unterstützung beim Vorantreiben von Innovations- und Technologiethemen am Standort Wetzlar.

 

Innerhalb der Entwicklungsabteilung werden verschiedene Disziplinen wie Software, Optik, Elektronik und CAD kombiniert, um hochwertige handgehaltene optronische Systeme zu entwickeln. Unsere Beobachtungsgeräte kombinieren Informationen von mehreren Sensoren, die bei sichtbaren und infraroten Wellenlängen arbeiten, um dem Nutzer auch unter schwierigsten Bedingungen zuverlässige Informationen zu liefern und den Erfolg seiner Mission zu gewährleisten.

 

 

Deine Aufgaben

 

  • Mithilfe im Bereich effiziente Lichteinkopplung in Anzeigeelemente und gewichtsoptimierte Geräteentwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung optischer Instrumente
  • Konstruktion und CAD-Modellierung: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von 3D-Modellen und technischen Zeichnungen mit CAD-Software
  • Prototypenbau und -test: Mitwirkung beim Bau von Prototypen, Durchführung von Tests und Auswertung der Ergebnisse zur Optimierung von Design
  • Dokumentation und technische Berichterstattung: Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen, Berichten und Präsentationen zur Unterstützung der Entwicklungsprozesse.
  • Projektmanagement und Koordination: Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams, Unterstützung von Entwicklungsprojekten.
  • Materialauswahl und -prüfung: Unterstützung bei der Auswahl geeigneter Materialien für mechanische Komponenten und Durchführung von Materialprüfungen.

 

 

Dein Profil

 

  • Eingeschriebener Student (w/m/d) im Bereich Physik, Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Kenntnisse in einem 3D-CAD-System, vorzugsweise Creo11, vorteilhaft
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP vorteilhaft
  • Affinität zu optischen und optoelektronischen Geräten ist ein PLUS
  • Gutes Verständnis von Fertigungs- und Montageprozessen wünschenswert
  • Eigenständiges und eigenverantwortliches Handeln im Aufgabengebiet
  • Sehr gute Kooperations-, Präsentations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
