Are you passionate about technology, automation, and hands‑on problem‑solving? Join us as a Project Management Intern and gain real‑world experience in an exciting, fast‑growing industry. We are looking for an intern who can commit to a 6‑month duration.
The Project Management Intern will work closely with the PMO on hands‑on automation initiatives that improve how projects are executed and tracked. You will help implement practical tools such as an issue‑tracking system and a request‑approval workflow, while also gaining real experience in analyzing project data and preparing reports etc.
This role offers valuable exposure to project automation technologies and the warehouse automation/robotics industry, PMO best practices, project governance, and documentation standards. You will also build practical skills in data analytics and reporting and work cross‑functionally with various departments in a real project environment.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Automation & Systems Support
Assist in the implementation and configuration of project automation tools, including:
- Issue tracking system
- Request approval workflow system
- Assist PMO team members with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvement.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyze project-related data from multiple sources.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and summaries for PMO and management review.
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving project performance.
3. Documentation & Process Standardization
- Review past project files to identify reusable materials and best practices.
- Create standardized document templates
- Support continuous improvement of PMO documentation standards.
4. General PMO Support
- Assist PMO team members with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the PMO.
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools (preferred).
- Good understanding of workflow tools or digital platforms is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
