About the Role

This is more than a learning opportunity; it is an immersion into the core of Logitech’s talent strategy. As a TA Intern, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end journey of the talent that drives our success. We are looking for a tech-savvy professional-in-the-making who is eager to master the complexities of international recruitment and play a key role in delivering an unparalleled candidate experience.

In this role, you will:

Full-Cycle Ownership

  • Take the lead on the end-to-end recruitment process for internship roles across EMEA—from crafting compelling job ads to extending the final offer.

  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand business needs and translate them into successful hires.

Sourcing & Talent Engagement

  • Proactively identify and headhunt top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels.

  • Conduct initial screening interviews, acting as the first point of contact and an ambassador for the Logitech brand.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage the "Candidate Journey," ensuring seamless interview coordination and a world-class experience for every applicant.

  • Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring our hiring metrics are accurate and actionable.

Strategic Projects & Innovation

  • AI-Driven Recruiting: Experiment with and implement AI-powered tools to optimize sourcing, outreach, and process efficiency.

  • Employer Branding: Contribute to social media campaigns and talent initiatives that showcase our culture to the world.

  • Early Careers: Support campus recruitment events and partnerships to build our pipeline of future leaders.

Key Qualifications

  • Education: A degree in HR or related field of study suitable to Talent Acquisition 

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You are comfortable articulating the Logitech story to candidates from diverse backgrounds.

  • Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot between tasks without losing sight of the details.

  • Growth Mindset: You are naturally curious, proactive, and don't wait for instructions to solve a problem.

  • Interpersonal Savvy: A genuine interest in people and the "why" behind their career choices.

  • Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable learning new software quickly, from LinkedIn Recruiter to emerging AI productivity tools.

  • Cultural Competence: You enjoy working across different time zones and cultures within a truly international team.

Preferred Skills (The "Bonus" List)

  • Prior experience in a people-facing role (HR, Sales, Customer Success, or similar).

  • Exposure to ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) or CRM tools.

  • A data-driven mindset, you enjoy looking at metrics to see what’s working and what isn’t.

  • An interest in how AI and automation are transforming the workplace.
