Job Description

Key responsibilities

1. Project & Improvement Support: Assist in various supply chain improvement initiatives, including process optimization, demand-supply alignment, inventory efficiency, and cost reduction projects.

2. Data Analysis & Visualization: Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data using advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and Power BI. Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support data-driven decision making.

3. Research & Benchmarking: Conduct industry and best practice research on supply chain trends, benchmarking approaches, and improvement opportunities. Summarize findings into structured recommendations.

4. Communication & Presentation: Support cross-functional meetings, document action items, and prepare presentation materials to communicate project updates, analysis results, and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders. 

You're the right fit if:

1. Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.

2. Skills: Proficient in advanced Excel and familiar with Power BI for data analysis and visualization. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

3. Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to prepare and deliver clear, structured presentations.

4. Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Able to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
