💼 What you’ll do
As part of a multidisciplinary Accenture project team, focusing on the people side of transformation (Change Management, HR Transformation, Future of Work), you will support both client projects and our internal community.
Client project support
You will:
- ✅ Support transformation projects for our clients
- ✅ Assist in analysing and documenting as-is capabilities across business processes, people and technology
- ✅ Support the design of to-be processes
- ✅ Contribute to defining change management strategies, roadmaps and plans
- ✅ Assist in implementation activities related to new solutions and change initiatives
(communications, training, adoption activities, etc.) - ✅ Document business and change requirements
Talent & Organisation community support
You will also:
- ✅ Support the development of our Talent & Organisation community strategy and initiatives
- ✅ Assist in organising trainings, workshops, communications, events and team activities

🎓 What we’re looking for
Education
- 🎓 Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (Business, Economics, Management, HR, Psychology, Engineering or similar)
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in change management, HR transformation and digital transformation
- Ability to structure information and produce clear documentation
- Comfortable working with PowerPoint and Excel
Languages
- 🇬🇧 Fluent in English
- 🇫🇷 and/or 🇳🇱 is a strong asset
Mindset
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
