About the Role

To support our Group Curated Partnerships team, we are searching for a Curated Partnerships Intern based in our Munich office.


The Curated Partnerships team implements, monitors and grows a direct business model with some of our leading brands, liaising with all departments within the business to manage the partnerships across our different LuxExperience group stores.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


Reporting into a CPM Manager, supporting on all sorts of tasks, with a core focus on business intelligence and operations, including:

  • Support to the wider CPM Team in their daily business
  • Act as the analytical backbone for the team, preparing weekly performance summary and ad hoc data deep-dives
  • Build, maintain, and automate dashboards to track cross-brand performance
  • Quickly grasp and help map complex procedures to support the team in streamlining cross-functional workflows
  • Facilitate routine communications with internal and external (brands) stakeholders, acting as the operational point of contact for the exchange of weekly updates and ad requests (organic marketing coverage, image requests…)
  • Support the preparation of merchandise returns
  • Support in depth analysis of stock counts
  • Ad Hoc project to be defined together with the CPM Manager depending on the needs of the department

WHO YOU ARE

  • Advanced degree, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a similarly analytical field or other relevant qualification
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Highly organized, reliable, detail-orientated and proactive, with an analytical mindset
  • Excellent written and oral communications language skills in English
