Escolaridad: Ingeniero Industrial, Administración de Empresas.

 

Experiencia: 1 año en la Industria Generla.

Idioma: Inglés (Avanzado).

Misión de la vacante: Brindar el soporte en actividades de control de información en el área de compras, así como la generación de reportes e indicadores para la coordinación de actividades con los departamentos involucrados.

 

Actividades principales:

  • Observar y respetar las normas de seguridad, ambiental y laboral establecidas por la organización.
  • Apoyo en los entregables de compras de cada proceso, su seguimiento y reportar los resultados para completar la introducción de un proyecto de producción en la planta. Apoyo a líder de proyecto con los costos iniciales de las actividades de cada proyecto.
  • Observar y respetar todas las directrices establecidas por las autoridades ambientales y la organización. Así como la atención a los programas y planes de acción de auditoría ambiental. 
  • Generar y actualizar indicadores clave de las actividades del departamento de compras.
  • Participar en proyectos de GBP Mexico.
  • Seguimiento a los KPI’s globales, estrategias de reducción de costos y trabajar en paralelo con los compradores locales.
  • Control y actualización del sharepoint de multihabilidades de compras.
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel.
