Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Gestión Empresarial.

Experiencia: No necesaria.

Idioma: Inglés (Básico/Intermedio)

Misión de la vacante: Dar soporte y seguimiento a las diferentes actividades que se realizan en el PSV’s.

Actividades principales: 

  • Auxiliar en el uso de LPA incremente con la realización de actividades de entrada, manejo y salida de materiales con sistemas y procesos Volvo
  • Auxiliar en la gestión de órdenes de trabajo: Apertura, seguimiento y cierre de ordenes de trabajo - desarrollo de toma de decisiones y administración de tiempo. Actualizar las ordenes de trabajo durante las operaciones, ejemplo: kilometraje y actividades durante la inspección
  • Apoyar en el manejo de los sistemas Volvo.
  • Apoyar en la gestión de aplicación de 5S (Casa Limpia).
  • Desarrollar y dar seguimiento a proyectos de inversión relacionados con los PSV asegurando la correcta planeación y control de gastos operativos.
  • Coordinar la logística para el envío de materiales a distintos puntos de servicio, asegurando la correcta entrega en tiempo y forma.
  • Auxiliar y dar seguimiento de proveedores para el abastecimiento de refacciones, insumos y recursos necesarios para la operación eficiente de talleres PSV.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente, conforme a normativas legales y lineamientos internos, en sus operaciones y procesos.
  • Auxiliar en la generación de las solicitudes de herramientas especiales de taller, alineadas a las necesidades operativas y técnicas.
  • Soporte en las adquisiciones de materiales indirectos (papelería, herramientas, equipos, mobiliario, etc.).
  • Apoyar en la planeación y coordinación de mantenimientos preventivos de equipos e instalaciones de taller.
  • Apoyar en la estandarización de procesos administrativos entre diferentes puntos de servicio.
  • Resolver las incidencias administrativas y operativas relacionadas con materiales, órdenes de trabajo y servicios.
  • Organizar y controlar la información crítica para la operación diaria.
