About the Role

1968 gegründet, zählt SKAN zu den Pionierfirmen in den Fachbereichen Reinraumausrüstungen und Bau von Isolatoren für die pharmazeutische Industrie. Innovative Produkte, kundenspezifische Lösungen sowie eine leistungsfähige Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorganisation haben SKAN zu einem Marktführer und wichtigen Partner der Industrie und Forschungslaboratorien werden lassen.

 

Die Ausbildungen bei der SKAN richtet sich an Personen, welche eine duale Ausbildung absolvieren möchten und dient als Einstieg in die Berufswelt. In der drei- bis vierjährigen Lehrzeit durchlaufen die Lernenden unterschiedliche Abteilungen und Bereiche und erhalten so einen Überblick über das gesamte Unternehmen. Der Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit der Lernenden aus den unterschiedlichen Berufen werden stark gefördert. So organisieren die Lernenden Anlässe und Events, arbeiten als Projektteam zusammen und erlernen dadurch eine hohe Sozial- und Fachkompetenz.

Aufgaben

 

  • Das erste Lehrjahr findet extern im Basisjahr Elektronik/Automation an der Gewerbeschule in Basel statt
  • Danach findet die Ausbildung in den unterschiedlichen internen Automations-Abteilungen statt
  • Zusätzliche Einblicke in die Produkteprüfung und Projektleitung
  • Bauen von automatisierter Steuerung
  • Programmieren und testen der Produkte
  • Kontakt und Beratung von externen Kund:innen
  • Intensiver Austausch mit Projektleiter:inenn und Ingenieur:innen
  • Ab dem 3. Lehrjahr sind Reisen zu den Kund:innen im In- und Ausland möglich
  • Dauer: 4 Jahre
  • Berufsfachschule: 2 Tage pro Woche in Basel
  • Fachrichtung: Maschinen-, Elektro- und Metallindustrie
  • Berufsmaturität: möglich

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Abgeschlossene mittlere oder obere Schulstufe
  • Gute Leistungen in Mathematik und Physik
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

  • Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise
