Meet your new team

We are a 24/7 operation, and our department is spread over three European sites – Ghent (Belgium), Rugby (UK) and Bucharest (Romania),
as well as our team in Johannesburg (South Africa). Everyone shares a passion for giving the customer the best experience possible and solving any problems that might arise.

What will you do?

You will support a team of coordinators in their daily tasks. This involves supporting customers through various channels, including handling follow-up calls, assisting with parts orders, and monitoring shared mailboxes.

Are you the one?

  • You are genuinely interested  in learning customer service skills.
  • You like working in a team and contribute to reaching the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • You are keen to learn and develop your skills.
  • You are fluent (written and verbal) in English. Any additional European languages are an asset.
  • You will thrive in a dynamic and international workplace, working with colleagues and customers across different languages and cultures.
