What You'll Do:
As an Influencer Marketing & Paid Media Intern reporting into both the Ecommerce and Marketing teams, you will gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing, paid media, and affiliate channels. You will support the execution of performance-driven campaigns, help grow our affiliate and creator presence, and contribute to paid media efforts that expand the LoveShackFancy brand. This is a great opportunity to develop real-world skills at the intersection of paid performance and community-driven marketing within a brand known for its passionate, cult-like following. A genuine passion for the influencer space - someone who actively follows creators and lives and breathes this world - is a must.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the management and growth of our affiliate program across platforms including ShopMy and LTK, including tracking performance and identifying new creator opportunities.
- Assist in building and maintaining creator and influencer lists, with a focus on brand alignment and audience fit.
- Help with day-to-day community management across social platforms, engaging with creators and brand fans.
- Research and identify emerging influencers, tastemakers, and affiliate partners across relevant categories.
- Assist in coordinating influencer outreach, gifting, and campaign logistics, including managing gifting budgets and COGs tracking.
- Support paid media efforts including trafficking assets, compiling reporting, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Track and analyze influencer and affiliate metrics to surface insights and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the ecommerce, marketing, and retail teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Who You Are:
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented intern who is deeply plugged into the influencer and affiliate space and excited to bring that energy to a fast-growing ecommerce business.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, specifically ShopMy and LTK.
- A genuine passion for the influencer and creator space, with a pulse on trends and emerging voices.
- Experience with or strong interest in affiliate marketing and paid media.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of social media and online consumer behavior.
