About the Role: 

We are seeking a motivated Legal Summer Intern to join our Actimize Global Legal Team for an immersive summer experience. In this role, you will work closely with experienced lawyers across multiple jurisdictions, supporting a range of initiatives including commercial contracts, dispute resolution, litigation, and employment law matters, as well as conducting legal and regulatory research and mapping and tracking key regulatory developments in areas such as data privacy, AI regulations, GLBA, FINRA, EU frameworks including DORA and GDPR, and broader anti-money laundering, fraud/financial crime, and compliance regulations. You will also have the opportunity to leverage AI tools to build more efficient legal workflows and enhance knowledge management processes. This internship offers hands-on exposure to complex global legal and compliance matters within a collaborative, fast-paced, and genuinely fun environment where you can learn, contribute, and grow.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other team members’
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with all levels within the organization
  • Must be able to commute to office location 4 days per week
