This isn’t an internship to organize files or provide admin support.  Your work will provide a meaningful contribution to Brilliant as an agency and to its clients.  You will receive true agency experience with opportunities to collaborate with different departments and exposure to agency life should that be a long-term career path you want to explore.    With that, it is critical that interns can meet deadlines, respond to messages in a timely manner, and be proactive in communicating with their team.

Potential Responsibilities Include:

Presentation & Slide Design:

  • Translate team ideas, outlines, and data into clean, visually compelling slides
  • Build and update presentations using Brilliant templates in Canva
  • Help improve slide structure, flow, and clarity for internal and client decks
  • Turn messy content into polished, easy-to-understand visuals

Graphic Design Support:

  • Create simple graphics for internal and client needs (social mockups, one-pagers, etc.)

Creative Collaboration:

  • Work with account teams to bring ideas to life visually
  • Share  ideas for improving templates and design systems

Internship Structure:

  • Summer/Fall Session (2026): starting June 1 (or sooner) and ending December 18

While these are our preferred timelines, we are still flexible with potential start and end dates based on candidate availability.

  • Intermediate understanding of presentation design and layout

  • Professional demeanor and a drive to succeed
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to ask questions
  • Resourceful attitude and keen attention to detail
