Position Overview:

Program Overview

Our 10-week paid Summer Internship Program runs June 1 – August and is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Duluth, MN. Interns do meaningful work while building relationships through lunch & learns, exposure to senior leaders (ELT), cross-functional collaboration, and a final capstone project.

Role Overview

The Product Management & Sourcing Intern supports the Product Management & Sourcing team across key operational, coordination, and product lifecycle activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to how products move from concept to customer, with a focus on collaboration, organization, and execution within a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support product managers with day-to-day activities tied to the end-to-end product development lifecycle
  • Assist with tracking production timelines, key milestones, and deliverables to support on-time execution
  • Help coordinate cross-functional communication between Product Management, Merchandising, Design, Technical Design, and vendor partners
  • Support vendor and sourcing workflows by assisting with documentation, research, and tracking
  • Help develop and maintain internal tools, trackers, and product-related documentation (e.g., briefs, specs, timelines)
  • Assist with sample coordination, organization, routing, and tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, or workflows that support team efficiency
  • Contribute to a final capstone project that showcases your learning and impact during the internship

Qualifications

  • Currently a junior or senior, graduating within one year, or a recent graduate
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a collaborative environment
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint experience preferred
  • Able to work full time, on site in Duluth, MN for the duration of the program

Pay Range:

Hourly: $18.00 - $18.00

This position is eligible for an annual incentive compensation based on company performance.
