About The Company
Buccellati is a historical high-jewelry and silversmithing Maison, renowned for our craftsmanship and the uniqueness of our creations. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Are you a proactive learner, passionate about customer experience and eager to drive growth across the business? If so, we would like to present you with the opportunity to join our Cartier Malaysia-based team as a Operations Intern, Commercial & MarComs.

In this role, you will provide essential support to the Commercial & Marketing Communications team, assisting with a variety of operational tasks as well as projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, global marketing environment and develop valuable skills in project management, communication, and gain understanding of the inner-working in the world of retail luxury.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support smooth running of day-to-day operations of the Commercial Department by liaising with Commercial team
  • Participate in daily operations and evaluate protocols/processes across our boutiques while adhering to company regulations, and health and safety codes
  • Participate and contribute to meetings and workshops with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff
  • Prepare documentation and maintain records and key digital programs
  • Responsible for monthly reports of competition activations
  • Support MarComs team in event planning & execution, public relations matters as well as client activation activities
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned

YOUR PROFILE

  • Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong collaborative spirit
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
