Role Summary and Impact

  • AI Strategy: Utilize WPP Open to conduct media competitor analysis and generate consumer behavior insights.
  • AI Creativity: Use generative AI tools to support the creation of social media content drafts, script ideas, and visual concepts.
  • Data & Optimization: Assist in organizing campaign performance data and explore how AI tools can help uncover meaningful insights behind the data.
  • Department Mission: Participate in daily tasks and projects guided by mentors to gain hands-on experience within a media agency environment.
  • Final Insight Project: Deliver a final insight-sharing presentation using WPP Open tools to showcase learning outcomes and project experience.

Skills and Experience

  1. Undergraduate juniors/seniors or graduate students from any academic background (majors related to Communications, Business, Computer Science, Information Management, or Digital Media are preferred).
  2. Strong English communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  3. Familiarity with generative AI tools and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
  4. Passion for digital marketing, branding, media, and technology.
  5. Strong curiosity, logical thinking skills, and ability to learn quickly.
  6. Good communication and presentation skills.
