About the Role
Order Entry Technician Co-op
Mississauga, ON, Canada | On-site
Sonova Canada is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Technician Co-op student to join our Production team. This role is ideal for students interested in administration, operations, and customer order processing in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Enter new, remake, and service orders into internal systems
- Process Salesforce cases and order updates
- Support credit return processing
- Read and save incoming customer settings
- Assist with quality control activities
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve order issues
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all order processing tasks
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a college or university co-op program
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Experience with SAP or Salesforce is considered an asset
- Previous office or data entry experience is a plus
