About the Role

Order Entry Technician Co-op

Sonova Canada is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Technician Co-op student to join our Production team. This role is ideal for students interested in administration, operations, and customer order processing in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you’ll do

  • Enter new, remake, and service orders into internal systems
  • Process Salesforce cases and order updates
  • Support credit return processing
  • Read and save incoming customer settings
  • Assist with quality control activities
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve order issues
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all order processing tasks

 

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university co-op program
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Experience with SAP or Salesforce is considered an asset
  • Previous office or data entry experience is a plus
