ABOUT THE ROLE

The cMBA Summer Intern at Eli Lilly and Company (Taiwan) will contribute to high-impact strategic projects while gaining hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry. This role sits at the intersection of market analysis, business development, and operational excellence — with a specific focus on private-sector partnerships and innovative healthcare access models. You will work closely with experienced professionals and be given the opportunity to shape real business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leverage data-driven insights and health economics models to demonstrate ROI to private-sector partners. Explore, analyze, and build partnership business models within private insurance and corporate wellness platforms. Advocate for corporate wellness incentives and insurance frameworks that enhance adoption of obesity and Alzheimer's treatments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with at least one year of study completed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw insightful conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and Eli Lilly's mission.
  • Ability to commit to the full duration of the summer internship program.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consulting industry.
  • Familiarity with health economics, market access strategies, or insurance landscape in Taiwan or broader Asia-Pacific.
  • Experience with data visualization tools or business modeling frameworks.
