The Comcast Business HR Operations/Analytics, Communications and Engagement team cretes an empowered, informed experience that inspires connection, innovation and results for all employees and the HR team who support them.

We provide the right tools, resources, and insights to enable a high-performing, people-first “can-do” culture in HR, among employees, and in our leaders by delivering strategic HR programs, insightful analytics, seamless operations, and compelling communications and experiences.

Role Description

As a Co-op on the Comcast Business HR Enablement & Employee Experience team, you will have the opportunity to create these experiences and tools to support Comcast Business HQ employees. You’ll work with a high-performing, creative team to deliver new ideas and content for HR Communications and engagement activities throughout our global in-office and virtual footprint.

You’ll be working on engaging activations and communications to build culture in Comcast Business for employees across the globe.
 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drafts content for employee newsletters and leader communications
  • Creates original written and graphic design content for internal social communities
  • Plans and provides on-site support for employee events
  • Supports virtual events and engagement activities
  • Develops and manages new projects or programs in support of Comcast Business HR and the employees we support
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Compensation

Base Pay: $23.00
