Organization & Team Overview 

The Global Accounting Organization (GAO) is a world-class Controllership team who works as a global, collaborative organization in partnership with the business to deliver accurate and timely financial information with a high integrity, controls, and development-focused culture, delivering efficiently via standard, automated, and simple processes. 

Role Description 

The GAO is an exciting and dynamic team that plays a pivotal part in every part of the business! Come join our team and partner alongside experienced professionals who will guide you through real-world accounting practices.  

As a Co-Op within the Global Accounting Organization, this role will be responsible for the accounting and analysis related to the Product Support costs within the Company (e.g. supporting the Technology Product Experience (TPX), Sky, and Strategic Development organizations, and Inventory Accounting). This includes assisting in preparation of monthly & quarterly financial analysis & reporting, journal entries and month-end workpaper reconciliations. Responsible for following general instructions to perform accounting tasks.

In your role, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting and hands-on projects related to Compliance and Alignment Initiatives across the globe and support new acquisitions. You’ll perform detailed financial analyses, partner with cross-functional teams, and help enhance automated reporting tools, all while providing accurate and timely financial information that supports business decisions.

Job Responsibilities 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

 

Assist in preparing financial reports analyzing data for management review, including daily refreshes of the Income Statement (P&L) and Balance Sheet during the monthly close cycles. 

Ensure assigned balance sheet accounts are accurately stated based on compiled reconciliation procedures and agreement with source documents. 

Enter monthly recurring and/or one-time journal entries to properly record accounting transactions, ensuring that journal entries have proper back up to substantiate the entry. 

Participate in and/or coordinate meetings and review financial statements for operating trends and results. 

Compile General Ledger detail reports to support various functions across the Product Support team.  

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track. 
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027. 
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs 
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Compensation

Base Pay: $26.00

Bachelor's Degree: Accounting
