Role Description
Are you passionate about sports marketing, sponsorships and event activations? Do you like big challenges and working within a highly motivated team environment?
As a Co-op on the Brand Marketing and Partnerships team, you will help manage how Comcast Business shows up at various events including industry tradeshows, major sporting events, and big brand moments. You will also support our team’s various partnerships across all major sports leagues.
Our Brand Marketing Internship program will help you cultivate meaningful relationships, develop professional skills and gain insight to the day-to-day operations of a top media and technology company. You will gain invaluable knowledge of our industry, be a part of our diverse and welcoming culture and receive exposure to a multi-disciplinary marketing team, all while working on real life programs to shape Comcast Business’ brand identity, positioning and perception in the market.
What are some interesting problems the student will work on?
In your role, you will help our team plan large scale events that support multiple teams across the business. You will also help to manage partnership relationships with various sports teams and leagues. You will help us stay organized as we work across multiple departments including finance, sales, employee engagement and more.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting coordination and execution of Comcast Business experiential programs to provide best-in-class experiences that embody our brand, drive business outcomes and build customer relationships.
- Supporting the management of event assets (tickets, invitations, merchandise, etc.).
- Tracking ticket usage across the sales teams for events to accurately track marketing influenced revenue
- Partnering with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Brand Communications, Employee Engagement, and others to bring our brand to life internally and externally
- Researching industry trends and collecting competitive intelligence
- Present in the Philadelphia HQ office 4x per week
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
- Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Compensation
Base Pay: $23.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
