Job Description

Organization & Team Overview

The Marketing Business Operations team is part of the Xfinity Growth & Operations group, supporting the Xfinity Residential Marketing by managing financials and vendors, tracking marketing programs, and finding efficiencies in processes. Ensures the brand marketing organization runs efficiently and effectively through disciplined budget management, tools, and process workflow excellence. Supports resource planning and vendor management for operational rigor and accountability.

Role Description

As an Analyst Co-op on the Marketing Business Operations team, you will have a front seat to the ways Xfnity Brand Marketing is evolving to integrate new technologies into ways of working and the business side of marketing.

What are some interesting problems the student will work on?

In your role, you will support the development and execution of Marketing campaigns. Identify gaps in workflows and develop solutions to enhance speed to market. Solve cross-team budgeting issues. Facilitate vetting and onboarding of new vendors. Develop workflows for new tools and lead teams through change.

Where can this student make an impact?

You will be a key player in advancing the Xfinity Brand Marketing operating model as we add AI technologies into the marketing processes. Your work in this role will change the way marketers work on a day to day basis.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with Manager, Marketing Business Operations to lead improvements in resource forecasting process
  • Organization and management of new vendor requests and collateral to facilitate fast and efficient onboarding
  • Support for current tools including user access compliance and management of builds of new operational tools
  • Support of Vendor management activities including new vendor intake, current vendor reconciliations and contract processing
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Skills

  • General knowledge of Marketing and Advertising
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (particularly Workfront), Smartsheet or other Project Management software (Microsoft Project, Monday, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Compensation

Base Pay: $23.00
