Organization & Team Overview
Role Description
Comcast is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Management Co-op to join our Philadelphia team. This role is designed for a Drexel University student interested in exploring a career in business, operations, and program management. The co-op will support day-to-day program activities and gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams
Are you interested in how large organizations successfully deliver complex, cross-functional programs? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in program management within a leading media and technology company?
As an E2E Program Management Co-op on the Technology & Product team, you will help coordinate and execute strategic initiatives by supporting program planning, tracking milestones, and enabling collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
What are some interesting problems the student will work on?
In your role you will help manage cross-functional dependencies across product, engineering, and operations teams, ensuring programs stay on track. They will identify risks, track milestones, and improve visibility into program health through reporting and dashboards. Additionally, they may streamline processes and support alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities.

Students will make an impact by helping keep complex programs organized, on track, and aligned across teams. Their work will support faster, more efficient delivery of initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with organizing and tracking ongoing projects and initiatives
- Support the team in preparing status updates, reports, and presentations
- Help coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Work with team members across different departments to gather information
- Contribute to basic data tracking and analysis (primarily in Excel)
- Support documentation and process organization efforts
- Take on ad hoc tasks to support program and team needs
Preferred Skills
- Interest in project or program management
- Experience working on group projects or student organizations
- Familiarity with Excel for tracking or organizing information
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
- Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Base Pay: $23.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
