Role Description
Role Description: Co-op Opportunity in Unified Communications
Are you ready to dive into the fast-paced and opportunity-rich world of Unified Communications? Our team is at the forefront of building innovative technologies that enable businesses to communicate seamlessly with their customers and within their own organizations. We are looking for a dynamic co-op who is eager to learn and make a significant impact.
What You'll Learn: This co-op is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in:
- Product management
- Designing new products
- Marketing strategies

- Understanding the workings of a large business
Your Role: You will be working with a recently launched product that has garnered significant attention. As a co-op, you will harness this excitement and become an expert and evangelist for the product. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing the customer experience for the first 30 days post-purchase
- Becoming an expert on the solution and its benefits
- Creating comprehensive documentation that highlights the value and benefits of the solution
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop new materials
- Designing and leading training sessions
- Working closely with a Fortune 500 partner that developed part of the software
- Strategizing outreach to existing customers who do not yet have this product

The student will be able to see how their work impacts our business and the customers we serve.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Designing the customer experience for the first 30 days post-purchase
- Becoming an expert on the solution and its benefits
- Creating comprehensive documentation that highlights the value and benefits of the solution
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop new materials
- Designing and leading training sessions
- Working closely with a Fortune 500 partner that developed part of the software
- Strategizing outreach to existing customers who do not yet have this product
Preferred Skills
- Verbal communication: can explain technology so that anyone could understand
- Writing skills: can create an overview of a product in a word doc or a professional powerpoint
- Presentation skills: must be able to present new technologies in a way that engages the audience
- Product skills: interest in product management, basic understanding how product development, basic understanding of user-centric design
- Business acumen
- General technical aptitude or ability to learn new technologies
- Curiosity: wants to learn more about product development
- Preferred Majors: Any engineering, computer science, or business majors. Some include: Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing or Management, Product Design, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Industrial Design, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, and potentially Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
- Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Compensation
Base Pay: $32.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
