What you'll build

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to join the SAP Labs China Management Team, supporting the planning and execution of internal and external events. This role is ideal for someone creative, detail‑oriented, and passionate about event execution, engagement, and marketing.

You will gain hands‑on experience working with cross‑functional teams while contributing to high‑visibility events that strengthen employee engagement and external insight.

  • Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, including preparation, coordination, and on‑site/virtual support
  • Create engaging content (posts, stories, short videos, and visuals) for different communication channels
  • Support event communication and audience engagement plans, before, during, and after events
  • Monitor campaign and event performance, collect data, and prepare basic reports to evaluate effectiveness
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on event, communication, and marketing‑related projects
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed (e.g., coordination, documentation, logistics)

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Study in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), interested in leveraging emerging technology(especially AI) for productivity. 
  • Creative in problem-solving with an agile mindset.
  • Curious and proactive in addition to keeping details in mind.
  • Possess a strong team collaboration spirit with a result-oriented focus. 
  • Available 3-4 days per week for a 6-month on-site internship.

Where you belong

The operation team in SAP Labs China Managing Director Office Team will work on various innovation activities, including internal and external events, employee communications, university collaboration, Lab innovation programs, employee upskilling programs, and strategic AI programs. You will work with Labs China Operation team members to ensure the smooth operation of Labs China.
