About the Role

Hey toi ! Oui, toi ! Notre équipe du Restaurant cherche son prochain apprenti à intégrer pour la prochaine rentrée.
Notre hôtel possède 128 chambres et 330m² d'espaces séminaires, ça fait donc plein de clients. Des Français, des étrangers, des familles, des couples, des groupes, des touristes et même des gens qui travaillent (oui ça existent !).

Description du poste

Du coup, être Apprenti(e) Serveur(euse) chez nous ça veut dire quoi ?

  • Apprendre de nouvelles choses chaque jour,
  • Offrir un accueil de folie à tous les clients qui passent la porte du restaurant (même aux grincheux qui ont mal dormi),
  • Offrir un service attentionné et adapté en fonction de la clientèle présente,
  • Découvrir la gestion les stocks des produits petit-déjeuner et bar,
  • Savoir conseiller les clients pour maximiser la vente additionnelle,
  • Participer à la mise en place de la salle de restaurant ainsi que des salons séminaires,
  • Réceptionner les marchandises et les ranger en appliquant les principes de stockage.
  • Tourner avec les collègues sur le service du Petit-déj', du déjeuner et du diner.

Qualifications

  • Être prêt à suivre une formation en entreprise et à l'école (on surveille les notes attention !),
  • De bonnes notes en Anglais sont recommandés,
  • être Motivated, Happy, Dynamic et Fantastic !! (ça explique l'anglais)
