About the Role

Au sein de notre agence de Bruges vous intégreriez une équipe de de 3 personnes, spécialisée dans la gestion d'un portefeuille varié de PME et TPE. Vous bénéficierez d'une immersion totale dans le métier de A à Z, avec une montée en compétences rapide grâce à la proximité de l'équipe et la diversité des opérations traitées.
Vos missions principales ?

Gestion documentaire & conformité

  • Vérification de la conformité des documents expédiés par l'agent à l'origine (facture commerciale, Packing List, certificats)
  • Suivi de la réception des connaissements originaux (Bill of Lading) et transmission pour la main levée des marchandises

Saisie & suivi informatique

  • Saisie des données dans le logiciel métier TMS (Cargo Wise)
  • Suivi des navires sur les portails des compagnies maritimes pour anticiper les retards

Douane & facturation

  • Transmission des instructions de dédouanement au service douane interne ou au prestataire
  • Préparation de la facturation client
  • Contrôle des factures fournisseurs (frais portuaires, surestaries, détention) et gestion des provisions

Votre bagage pour réussir ?
Formation & expérience :

  • Formation Bac +2 à Bac +3 ou BTS ou Licence Commerce International, Transport/Logistique

Compétences techniques :

  • Intérêt marqué pour les opérations maritimes et la logistique internationale
  • À l'aise avec les outils informatiques
  • Bonne communication écrite et orale

Savoirs être :

  • Rigueur et concentration
  • Agilité et dynamisme
  • Réelle volonté d'apprendre et autonomie progressive
  • Esprit d'équipe et sens des responsabilités
