About the Role

We are looking for a motivated working student (f/m/d) to support the handling and coordination of IT demands and related topics.

Your tasks:

  • Involvement and contribution in the assessment, structuring, processing and documentation of incoming IT demands, including major changes and strategic initiatives
  • Preparation and update of demand-related presentations, decision templates and documentation for internal stakeholders
  • Support in the coordination and communication of IT demands across different stakeholders along the demand lifecycle

Your skills:

  • Enrollment at a university (business, economics, IT or a related field is a plus)
  • Interest in IT-related topics as well as structured ways of working and coordination tasks
  • Good analytical and organizational skills, a structured way of working and personal initiative
  • First experience with process-, project- or change-related topics is an advantage, but not required
  • Creative mindset with an interest in clear communication and well-structured presentations
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
