Apprenticeship - Communication & Community Manager

YOUR ROLE

ZEBOX is an international accelerator founded by CMA CGM, dedicated to supporting startups that are reshaping the future of logistics, supply chain, and mobility — bridging the worlds of industry and innovation to drive tangible impact at scale.

As part of the our team, you will contribute to the visibility of the ecosystem, the promotion of startups, and the engagement of internal and external communities.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Digital content creation
  • Create and produce content for social media platforms (visuals, videos, copywriting) 
  • Edit video content (short formats, reels, interviews, aftermovies) 
  • Adapt content for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, website) 
  • Contribute to ZEBOX’s digital editorial strategy.

• Social media management & community engagement
  • Manage and animate ZEBOX communities on Instagram and LinkedIn 
  • Schedule and publish editorial content 
  • Interact with the community (comments, messages, startups, partners) 
  • Analyze content performance and recommend optimizations

• Event communication
  • Support the organization and coordination of startup, corporate, and ecosystem events 
  • Create communication assets for events 
  • Capture photo and video content during events 
  • Produce post-event content (highlights, aftermovies, reports)

• International coordination & ecosystem support
  • Contribute to international communication projects
  • Support the animation of ZEBOX’s international hubs network 
  • Assist startup delegations during international events and trade shows (CES, VivaTech, GITEX, etc.)

• Visual content production
  • Design presentations, pitch decks, and communication materials 
  • Create visuals for various communication channels 
  • Ensure visual consistency across all communication assets

• Brand identity & global communication
  • Contribute to the evolution and deployment of ZEBOX’s visual identity
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials 
  • Support broader communication initiatives (newsletters, brochures, website content, reporting, strategic recommendations)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• You are a pursuing a Master or Bachelor degree in communication, marketing, design, audiovisual production, or equivalent
• You have a strong creative mindset and interest in startups and innovation
• You have good understanding of social media and digital communication
• You have strong skills in visual creation and video editing
• You are proficient with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or equivalent
• You have excellent communication and writing skills in both French and English
• You are autonomous, creative, organized, and proactive
