About the Role

Your scope of work

As a CRO Intern at MediaMarkt BeNeLux, you will support our digital team in enhancing website performance and conversion rates. Your main goal is to guide customers towards the perfect products that match their needs by ensuring a smooth and seamless online journey. You will be responsible for:

  • Product Feeds Optimization
    • Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing our product feeds to ensure efficient performance of sales guidance tools
  • Search and Filter Optimization
    • Identifying, fixing, and reducing the number of Zero Search results to improve user experience
    • Setting up the right search redirection to ensure users find the right products
    • Enhancing campaign readiness by adding promotional filters
  • Website Content Management
    • Ensuring that website content is up-to-date, engaging, and valuable for our customers
    • Maintaining and optimizing content using the Phrase tool
  • Customer Feedback Analysis
    • Supporting the team in identifying customer pain points across the website
    • Helping propse and implement solutions to improve user experience
