RESPONSABILITES

 

Gestion du cycle de commandes d’un portefeuille dédié :

  • Saisie dans notre ERP SAP, traitement et suivi des commandes selon incoterm institutionnel et impératifs commerciaux/logistiques
  • Respect des priorités d’affectation des commandes et des contraintes d’Export pour définir les dates de livraison
  • Envoi des commandes en préparation à notre EDC et suivi du flux de préparation
  • Suivi de la facturation
  • Alerte en cas de non-respect des engagements

 

Traitement des réclamations dans les délais impartis :

  • Saisie des litiges (de nature logistique) dans les délais impartis et suivi de leur analyse en collaboration avec notre EDC.
  • Traitement des litiges de nature commerciale en tenant compte des règles de de contrôle interne (JSOX)

  • Gérer des priorités et organiser ses journées de travail dans un contexte changeant
  • Faire preuve de transparence sur son activité
  • Développer des relations avec les interlocuteurs principaux : EDC , équipes commerciales, S&op…
  • Bon esprit d'équipe
