About the Role

To support our E-Mail Marketing team we are searching for a Intern E-mail Marketing (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work closely with several teams (CRM, MI, BI, Customer Experience, Retail, Brand Marketing, etc.).
  • Monitor and test transactional email
  • Help optimize the transactional and event-driven Mailings.
  • Document transactional email logic and workflows
  • Review user journeys to improve automated messaging
  • Take part in the planning and implementing of new E-Mail Marketing related projects.
  • Conduct competitive audits of transactional emails for benchmarking
  • Support in different tasks in the EMM Marketing Team (Customer tickets, quality assurance, deliverability)

WHO YOU ARE

  • Student of business studies, economics, marketing or a similar field
  • Team player mentality, reliability and detail-oriented - able to work in Cross-Functional teams
  • Has good communication skill - very good written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
  • Proactive attitude, innovative, curious and passionate learner
  • Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and strategic mindset
  • Good organizational & management skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, HTML and Email Marketing tools are always a plus
