About the Role

The Construction Intern will support the successful execution of pipeline and facility construction projects by assisting with project documentation, construction coordination, and day-to-day administrative support. This role works closely with Construction Managers, Project Managers, third-party inspectors, and contractors to help ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and on schedule.


Job Responsibilities:


•    Assist third-party inspection teams with verifying that all required project documentation and paperwork have been properly uploaded and maintained within project job books. 
•    Coordinate regularly with Construction Managers and Project Managers regarding project status, schedules, milestones, and overall progress. 
•    Support Construction Managers with daily operational and administrative tasks necessary to help move projects forward efficiently. 
•    Review project documents, drawings, and construction packages to ensure alignment with WhiteWater Midstream expectations, standards, and project requirements. 
•    Maintain organized project records and assist with tracking outstanding documentation and action items. 
•    Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and inspectors to help facilitate timely resolution of project-related issues. 
•    Assist with monitoring project deliverables and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate. 
•    Participate in project meetings and provide updates on documentation and coordination efforts as needed. 
•    Ensure work is completed in accordance with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

•    High school diploma or equivalent required 
•    Previous experience supporting construction, engineering, pipeline, or industrial projects preferred. 
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
•    Ability to review and interpret basic construction drawings and project documentation. 
•    Experience working with contractors, inspectors, or project teams is a plus
